KAD Cup
Member of the Year
Competition Rules
Award of points :-
·attend evening meeting, club run or club event = 1 point,
·attend evening meeting, club run or club event on a bike +1 point, = total of 2 points.
·competition winners e.g. photo competition, model competition, at the discretion of the committee.
Highest point scorer to be awarded the ATMCC, KAD Member of the Year cup, to be held for 1 year.
The award to be presented at the Club Xmas party.
A commemorative plaque will also be presented.
Conditions
Points will only be awarded to paid up club members.
Rules are applicable to rider and pillion.
Only club runs and events specified in the Syllabus or advertised in the Newsletter qualify for points.
A club run may be - a Sunday run, a day run, a weekend run or runs more than 1 day, or runs with more than 2 overnight stays
At least two club members must take part in the run/event.
At least two bikes must take part in a run.
Only participants on bikes to receive points for runs.
A report must be submitted for points.
Points to be totaled for the year commencing 1st December.
Rules may only be changed at a general meeting.
In the event of dispute, the ATMCC committee will determine any issue.
The decisions of the ATMCC committee are final.
Trip Challenge
Take part in motorbike trips
Competition Rules
Award of points :-
Take part in mororbike trips on a bike and stay overnight- 1 point.
Highest point scorer to be awarded the ATMCC, Rally Challenge commemorative plaque.
The award to be presented at the Club Xmas party.
Conditions
Points will only be awarded to paid up club members
Rules are applicable to rider and pillion.
Only trips specified in the Syllabus or advertised in the Newsletter qualify for points.
A report must be submitted for points.
Points to be totaled for the year commencing 1st December.
Rules may only be changed at a general meeting.
In the event of dispute, the ATMCC committee will determine any issue.
The decisions of the ATMCC committee are final.
Checkpoint Challenge
Visit each checkpoint on a motorcycle and take a photograph of bike including rider / pillion if possible.
A list of checkpoints will be issued on the first club meeting in April.
The award structure is
Gold Award - visit and photograph bike and rider / pillion at 60 sites.
Silver Award - visit and photograph bike and rider / pillion at 40 sites.
Bronze Award - visit and photograph bike and rider / pillion at 25 sites.
The awards to be presented at the Club Xmas party.
Conditions
Only paid up club members will be eligible to enter the competition.
Rules are applicable to rider and pillion.
Entrants to register and pay an entrance fee of £5. (to cover cost of awards).
Each claim and photo evidence to be submitted to the events convenor at the club meeting following the checkpoint visit, or electronically to the events convenor within 5 days of return from the visit.
All claims and photo evidence to be submitted to the events convenor prior to end November.

Todd Trophy
European Trip of the Year
Competition Rules
A Wednesday Evening meeting in November, will be designated as ‘European Trip Night’.
The European trippers may make a presentation, verbal, using pictures or on a computer.
A panel will be formed comprising those 5 members present on the night with the current highest scores in the KAD member of the year competition who are not competing for the European Trip of the Year.
This panel will then award the Todd Trophy to the members or members whose trip the panel considers is the most worthy.
The ATMCC, Todd Trophy for the European Trip of the Year, is to be held for 1 year.
The award to be presented at the Club Xmas party.
A commemorative plaque will also be presented.
Conditions
Only paid up club members will be eligible to enter the competition.
Only paid up club members may vote
Rules are applicable to rider and pillion.
All trips to Europe, including Southern Ireland, will be eligible.
Only trips made on bikes will be eligible.
A report must be submitted.
Trips to be made from the beginning of the year to the European Trip Night.
Rules may only be changed at a general meeting.
